Marina Medical Rewards Program – Terms & Conditions

1. Overview
The Marina Medical Rewards Program (“Program”) is offered exclusively through the Marina Medical website and is powered by a third-party platform, including but not limited to Smile.io.
By enrolling in or participating in the Program, you agree to the following Terms & Conditions.
2. Program Eligibility
The Program is available only to customers who create an account and place orders through the official Marina Medical website.
The Program is strictly limited to online purchases only and is not valid for:
• Phone orders
• Email or manually processed orders
• In-person purchases or warehouse pickups
• Trade shows, conferences, or event-based transactions
3. Earning Points
Participants may earn points through qualifying activities, including:
• Purchases made through the Marina Medical website
• Approved engagement actions, such as account creation or approved social media interactions
Standard earning structure: 1 point per $1 USD spent.
Marina Medical reserves the right to modify earning rates at any time and exclude certain products, categories, or promotions from earning points.
4. Redemption of Points
Points may only be redeemed through the Marina Medical website checkout system at the following rate:
• 100 points = $1 USD
Points have no cash value, are not redeemable for cash, credit, or refunds, and cannot be applied outside of the online checkout environment.
Points are not valid for phone orders, offline orders, manual invoices, trade show purchases, or event-based purchases.
5. Returns, Refunds & Point Adjustments
If an order is refunded, canceled, or returned, points earned from that purchase may be deducted from the customer’s account.
If points were redeemed on a purchase that is later returned, refunded, or canceled, redeemed points will not be returned, reinstated, refunded, transferred, or converted into cash or store credit.
All points are non-refundable, non-reversible, and non-transferable.
6. Expiration of Points
Marina Medical reserves the right to implement expiration policies at any time.
Unless otherwise stated, points may expire after a period of account inactivity or at Marina Medical’s discretion.
7. Account Integrity & Abuse Prevention
Participants agree not to abuse the Program. Prohibited actions include:
• Creating multiple accounts to gain additional rewards
• Manipulating referrals, discounts, or promotions
• Engaging in fraudulent or suspicious activity
Marina Medical reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts, remove points without notice, and cancel orders associated with abuse.
8. Program Limitations & Restrictions
• Points may only be redeemed while logged into the associated online account.
• Points may not be combined with certain promotions, discounts, contract pricing, or special offers unless explicitly stated.
• Certain products or categories may be excluded from the Program at any time.
9. Taxes & Financial Responsibility
Rewards, discounts, or redemptions may be considered taxable benefits depending on jurisdiction.
Customers are solely responsible for any applicable taxes related to participation in the Program.
10. Third-Party Platform Disclaimer
The Program is administered through a third-party provider, including but not limited to Smile.io.
Marina Medical is not responsible for system outages, technical errors, delayed or failed point allocations, or platform-related disruptions beyond its control.
11. Modification & Termination
Marina Medical reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program at any time.
This includes the right to change point values, earning structures, redemption rules, eligibility requirements, or revoke points due to errors, misuse, or system issues.
Changes may be made without prior notice.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Marina Medical shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, loss of points due to system errors or account issues, or inability to redeem points for any reason.
13. General Disclaimer
The Program is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Participation constitutes acceptance of these Terms.
