Returned Goods Policy

Goods will be accepted for the following reasons in which Marina Medical is at fault:
- Incorrect product was received
- Damaged product was received
- Product is not as described
- Product malfunctioned
- Product sent back for repair
- Demo unit being returned

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless Marina Medical is at fault for the return.
Returns in which Marina Medical is not at fault are subject to a 15% restocking fee within 30 days, and a 25% restocking fee after 30 days. Products must be in unused, unsterilized, and in saleable condition to be refundable.
Custom, branded, disposable, one time use, and sterile products are non-refundable.
