Who is this course for?
Our graduates are physicians with a serious interest in continuing medical education and learning from the masters to deliver cosmetic gyn procedures to their patients. Over the past decade, we have trained numerous gynecologists, urogyneclogists, urologists, plastic surgeons, general surgeons, aesthetic surgeons, and a variety of other surgical and nonsurgical specialists. They have come from North America, Central America, South America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, Africa, Australia and the Pacific Rim. If you have a strong desire to provide these procedures to your clientele, then this course is for you.
What procedures are covered?
Hands on cadaver surgery will focus on all of the major procedures commonly requested in the field of aesthetic vulvo vaginal surgery. Didactics, video and discussions will supplement the surgical sessions and also include discussion of nonsurgical procedures.
Vaginal Surgery Basics:
- Positioning, instrumentation, lighting, retraction, exposure
- Vaginal and vulvar anesthetic techniques for office and O.R.
- Basic vaginal surgery perioperative care
Aesthetic Procedures of the Mons Pubis and Vulva:
- Mons pubis liposuction
- Mons pubis surgical lifting (monsplasty)
- Labia majora surgical reduction
- Labia majora augmentation with fat grafting
- Nonsurgical skin tightening of the labia
Aesthetic Procedures of the Labia Minora and Clitoral Hood:
- Labia minora surgical reduction (labia minoraplasty)
- Clitoral hood surgical reduction (clitoral hood contouring)
- Labia minora and clitoral hood surgical revisions
Aesthetic Procedures of the Vagina:
- Hymenoplasty
- Perineoplasty (introitoplasty)
- Reverse perineoplasty
- Vaginoplasty: primary and revisionary
- Posterior pelvic floor reconstruction and rectocele repairs
- Nonsurgical procedures of the vaginal canal, “g-spot”, etc. (lasers, injectables)
Where is the ISCG Cosmetic Gyn Cadaver Course held?
The Cadaver Course is held in the vicinity of Fort Lauderdale, Florida, at the main facility of our partner in the program, Marina Medical Instruments, Inc. There are many nearby well known hotels and restaurants nearby. Lodging is not included as a part of this program. The nearest airport is Fort Lauderdale – Hollywood International Airport (FLL).
When is the Cosmetic Gyn Cadaver Course scheduled?
The ISCG Cadaver Course will be held on Friday – Saturday, March 18th – March 19th, 2025.
What is the fee for this program?
Tuition for this special event 2-day program is $7,999.00 USD. Graduates will receive a certificate of course completion and complimentary ISCG Membership.
Where should I stay?
There are many hotels in the area. However, be sure to take advantage of the special hotel rates available only to Cadaver Course participants at the Renaissance Fort Lauderdale Plantation Hotel, which is conveniently located only minutes away.
Another special perk is that Marina Medical will provide free private shuttle service to and from the meeting for participants staying at the Renaissance.
